The Spirit of Al She’Ahd
The Al She’Ahd embody unity without weakness and vulnerability without fragility.
They understand that true power is found not in noise, but in restraint; not in dominance, but in positioning. They value elegance, foresight, planning, and psychological mastery as highly as physical capability.
They are taught that:
-
If opportunity does not appear, it is created.
-
If doors are closed, they are opened—or broken.
-
If conflict is unavoidable, it is resolved decisively and cleanly.
They are liked, loved, respected, and feared—not by accident, but by design.

The Oath of Al She’Ahd
I will guard what others cannot see.
I will protect what others take for granted.
I will place unity above ego and duty above comfort.
I will act with elegance, plan with precision, and strike only when necessary.
I am not here to be chosen. I am here because I have proven myself.
I am Al She’Ahd.
(Position, Authority, and Expectation)

Position Within the Ent Empire
Al She’Ahd is one of the three governing institutions of the Ent Empire, alongside the Primes and the Cru’ix.
Within this trinity, the Al She’Ahd represent:
-
Spiritual stewardship
-
Resource protection
-
Safeguarding of people, access, knowledge, and continuity
They function as guardians, advisors, and operational anchors. Their authority is recognised across the Empire, and their decisions may only be formally challenged by a Prime—though in practice, all major decisions are discussed collaboratively to preserve balance.

Requirements for Attainment
Al She’Ahd is not applied for.
To even be considered, an individual must:
-
Have reached the level of Transcended
-
Be Flamefolded
-
Have demonstrated repeated acts of sacrifice, loyalty, and effectiveness
-
Have proven emotional, psychological, and strategic resilience
-
Have shown the ability to operate independently while strengthening unity
Many begin the journey. Few endure it. Fewer still reach the threshold.
Responsibilities and Duties
Those who hold the position of Al She’Ahd are responsible for:
-
Guarding Ent resources, finances, access, and knowledge
-
Protecting members and institutional continuity
-
Acting as counsel and restraint on leadership power
-
Maintaining operational security across the Empire
-
Representing the Ent formally when required
They are protectors who are themselves protected—and accountable.

Authority, Privilege, and Burden
With elevated authority comes elevated responsibility.
Al She’Ahd hold greater interests, access, and influence than average members, but they also carry heavier consequences for failure, misconduct, or negligence. The position demands sacrifice—of time, comfort, relationships, and old identities.
Many turn back when they realise what must be surrendered to step forward.
Conduct, Warnings, and Self-Mastery
Al She’Ahd are taught early that valuable women are often treated as objects of conquest. Power invites testing, and strength attracts those who wish to diminish it.
Members are expected to:
-
Exercise extreme discernment in personal and professional relationships
-
Protect the dignity of the position at all times
-
Understand that self-mastery is non-negotiable
-
Recognise that their choices affect more than themselves
A true Al She’Ahd would sooner dismantle everything than bring disgrace upon the institution.
