What it means to be Cru'ix

To my Men of Value and Valor. I write You this letter of Loyalty, Fealty & love. If you are here then you are one of the most powerful men ive ever seen, capable beyond understanding or most peoples wildest dreams. Potential beyond comprehension and in this journey have become more than you thought that you could be. You are my kings, and I serve you as you serve me. We have all been tested and proven strong, have all been broken and carried on, and nobody has to put that precedent to the test cos the fact you’re here I know you’re number one.

You have been broken and somehow through that broken became whole. I saw your truth, your hopes, your love, your goals. I saw your hopes, your wants, your trust, and we became brothers. Through sacrifice and overcoming we grew together. And even when it was easy to run we stayed and fought and supported each other. Faced challenges, armies and many types of stormy weathers, and through them we became better and better. That’s why I made the Cru’ix. A safe space where we could be, a safe place to achieve our dreams, to conquer fears and claim victory. Where we exhibit our bravery by showing our truth and vulnerability….as men who have but are also in need. This is A vehicle by which if we all play parts we know will take us to a place of “we’ve achieved”.

Mission

You are talented men, gifted and wise, conniving and precise but when another is down as men we all can empathise. So we rise, ready to fight each others battles, and when the weight of the world is on our shoulders we know we have the strength and if needs be we have the help of our our friends so our knees don’t rattle. I love the lot of you, tigers, vipers and jackals.

I am not perfect, but alas you all by now should know that, noble, king warrior and scoundrel, civilised savage…Levidian. Just like you. But if I was to believe in anything after God, I choose to believe in me and each of you, and what I know that we can do. So if you stand with me then know that I’ll be true. Like we have before whatever we may face we will get through.

I took 5 ships and made each of you the captain. Go fourth and conquer.

Vision

But please remember no man is successful on his own. You may not know each other or trust each other how you trust me, but each of you are effective, smart, tough and resilient. If you trust me value each other.

You are here because life has gifted me and you the opportunity at one point to prove to each other our worthiness and our capacity to have each others backs, to fight for the same cause, and to gain the same results. Success, Victory, security and prosperity for ourselves and those we love. Though we are not the same know that we have the same drive and motivation. With time life may give you the same opportunity to do so with others here. And like me you may find someone like them valuable.

Truth is I have suffered made mistakes and learned many lessons. But what i know is though i am very capable and independent and resourceful, no successful man on the way up can be an island. A leg up can make a difference, especially when it’s given by a friend. I learned no matter how perfect we are or how hard we may try or how well we do as humans one day we all end up needing a helping hand. I once thought this was weakness, i learned as time went by to have friends who will lift you up, fight for you, strive for you and who helps you stand up is sign of strenght, respect, power and responsibility. To main friendship and alliances takes great skill, wisdom, empathy and patience.

Mission

Though i know some of you can never ask. Know I will come for you (as long as i know you are in need of me) what is mine, I am willing to share with you if you are willing to share yours with me. I am willing to fight for you if you will also fight for me, I am willing to strive for you as long as you strive for me. I am willing to guard your back and your secrets. And on the additional condition that if we ever we make a promise then we each do everything we can to ensure we keep it.

I choose carefully who i surround myself with, a person can be your uprising or your downfall. And after seen you who you are, i know that together we truly will go far. I see each of you clearly and for that reason i say thank you. Thank you for Daring to believe, striving to achieve and for fighting for a dream, thank you for trusting and following me.

You are the peace, the war, the warriors and the justice, and help him rise back up.
