The Politics & Ethics Centre serves as the Ent Empire’s foundation of integrity, governance, and public responsibility. Here we outline the standards that guide our decisions, our relationships, and our conduct within the wider world. This centre houses our commitments to fairness, transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership, ensuring that every action taken by the Ent reflects both our values and our duty to those we serve. It is a space where policy meets principle—where we uphold the rights, protections, and expectations of our community while maintaining the honour, discipline, and clarity that define the Levidian way.
Levidian Transparency & Accountability Statement
It cannot be ignored that as a business, a society, a charitable body, and a family the Levidier and the wider Ent Empire often “fit the description.” In today’s world, people judge quickly, shaped by the actions of others who have misused power, exploited trust, or abused their positions. This reality can lead to scepticism and mistrust. As Levidians, we neither deny this truth nor shrink beneath it.
In modern society, strength is often misunderstood. If you appear powerful, people may assume you cannot be a victim. If you are confident, those lacking confidence may see arrogance. Wealth is associated with exploitation, business with manipulation, and charities with deception. These perceptions exist for a reason and they demand accountability. Yet accountability must exist alongside the space to learn, to grow, and to correct our mistakes. We are human; we all falter. What defines us is how we conduct ourselves afterwards.
As Prime, it is my responsibility to ensure our organisation operates with openness, honesty, and transparency while still protecting the privacy we are entitled to. The Ent Empire is naturally more complex than most organisations. We have business sectors, a charitable arm, a family and societal structure, a media division, and multiple associated ventures. This alone blurs the lines of what people consider “normal.” Add to this our strong leadership, powerful values, and members with big personalities, and it becomes clear that quieter voices may sometimes be overshadowed. We must remain conscious of this and create systems that encourage balance, communication, and fairness.
I have not been present for every conversation or action carried out under our banner. If I had, I could personally account for every detail. However, an organisation like ours often operates through members, representatives, and third parties. Whenever this happens, mistakes, misunderstandings, and human error are inevitable. We all interpret circumstances differently; we all act based on our own perspectives. To ensure fairness and restoration, I will establish a direct line of communication to myself so concerns can be reviewed, disputes can be resolved, and outcomes can be decided with clarity and accountability. Where resolution is not possible, I will personally make the final judgement one I will stand behind with confidence.
I am also instructing the Pillar of Archives to begin formally recording a Dispute Archive. This repository will store documented evidence of any significant negative interactions or issues we encounter on our journey. Should narratives ever be shared inaccurately, we will be able to present factual, verified information that reflects the true circumstances.
This is our standard: responsibility, transparency, integrity, and continual growth. These values do not weaken us they define us. They distinguish the Levidier. They strengthen the Ent. And they ensure that our story is told truthfully, by our own actions, not by assumptions.
Our Stances

People Change. Growth Must Be Allowed to Matter.
There may be people who claim that we are not who we present ourselves to be because they knew us before Levidier—or knew us during an earlier chapter of our lives.
Years are long, memories are incomplete, and no person sees the entirety of another. But even where someone genuinely knew who we once were, that does not mean they know who we are today.
The purpose of life is not to remain permanently confined to our earliest mistakes, limitations or circumstances. It is to learn, mature, take responsibility and change.
We do not claim perfection. We claim progress.
If we were once less disciplined, less knowledgeable or less prepared than we are now, our growth does not make our present identity false. It makes the journey real.
Knowing who someone was does not grant permanent authority over who they are permitted to become.

Opportunity Beyond Circumstance
We work hard not to allow a person’s circumstances, challenges or present position to become an automatic restriction upon their opportunities with us.
What matters most is character, fortitude and the sincere desire to achieve more—not only for oneself, but for loved ones, the Levidian family and society at large.
Throughout our history, Levidier has welcomed people from many walks of life. This has included individuals affected by substance misuse, homelessness and mental-health challenges, including depression and suicidal thoughts.
We believe people should not be reduced to the most difficult chapter of their lives.
Where we responsibly can, we hope to encourage recovery, provide community and help people recognise what they may still become. However, Levidier is not a medical or mental-health institution, and community support must never replace appropriate professional care.
Not every journey succeeds within Levidier. Sometimes a person requires support we are not equipped to provide. Sometimes our expectations or pace may not be appropriate for where they are in life. Sometimes values, conduct or direction cease to align.
When that happens, parting ways may become necessary—for their wellbeing, for ours or for the integrity of the wider family.

Those Who Shared Our Journey
We continue to value previous members and treasure the meaningful experiences we shared with them.
We will acknowledge the contributions people made while they were here: what we built, overcame, discovered, achieved or learned together. This is why people who are no longer part of Levidier may still appear within photographs or accounts of our history.
Their presence in our archives does not suggest that they remain members, representatives or affiliates of Levidier. Neither does it mean that Levidier accepts responsibility for their present actions, circumstances or beliefs.
It means only that, during one chapter of our journey, we shared bread, purpose and experience.
We will not rewrite our history simply because its participants later followed different roads.

Why Our Standards Became Stronger
In Levidier’s earliest years, we sometimes assumed that shared ambition, affection or familiarity naturally meant shared values and conduct.
Experience taught us otherwise.
Familiarity is not alignment. Ambition is not character. Belonging is not entitlement.
As Levidier developed, we became more careful about:

When continued association is no longer healthy or appropriate
People come from vastly different environments and carry different experiences, expectations and personal codes. While difference itself is welcome, certain behaviours cannot support the kind of family, future and society we are attempting to build.
We will offer guidance and support where it is reasonable to do so. But inclusion does not mean the abandonment of standards, and compassion does not require us to ignore harmful conduct.
Our boundaries were not created because we stopped believing in people.
They were created because we learned that believing in people must be accompanied by wisdom, responsibility and discernment.

Faith Within Levidier
Many people within the Ent believe in God. Some are Christian. Some are Muslim. Some follow other faiths, while others are atheist or hold no organised religious belief.
Levidier does not require religious conformity.
We believe respectful discussion can deepen our understanding of one another’s cultures, convictions and experiences. Through many conversations, we have often discovered that our shared values are greater than our differences.
We choose to begin with what unites us:
We are human.
We possess convictions.
We carry different experiences.
And we are capable of treating one another with dignity.
Every member retains the freedom and responsibility to determine their own religious beliefs.

Levidier Is Not a Cult or Religious Institution
Levidier is a family and society of individuals built around unity, empowerment, transformation and the belief that people can rise beyond their circumstances.
Many established structures:

Teach their history to inform their future

Restrict access to sensitive information
These characteristics may describe a family, business, government, institution, community or society.
They do not, by themselves, define a cult.
The meaningful questions concern how power is exercised: whether people retain personal agency, whether they may hold individual beliefs, whether leadership can be questioned, whether participation is freely chosen and whether boundaries protect people rather than control them.
Levidier does not seek to replace a person’s religion, identity, family or independent judgement. Our structures exist to organise shared purpose—not to claim ownership over the individual.

The Meaning of the Phoenix
Levidians do not worship the phoenix.
The phoenix is our family emblem and the central metaphor within our philosophy: the possibility of rising from destruction, failure, hardship or limitation and becoming something greater.
Families, nations, institutions and businesses throughout the world use animals and symbolic figures to represent their values. A symbol can express identity without becoming an object of worship.
For some, the phoenix’s death-and-rebirth imagery may carry echoes of religious stories of renewal and resurrection. Others may understand it through cultural, philosophical or personal experience. Neither interpretation dictates a member’s faith.
At the centre of Levidian philosophy is the pursuit of becoming better: more responsible, more compassionate, more disciplined and more capable of helping others.
We do not claim to embody those ideals perfectly. We strive towards them.
The phoenix identifies us. It does not govern our faith.
Philosophy, mythology and religion are not the same thing.

Wealth Is Not a Requirement for Belonging
Membership within Levidier is not evidence of a particular financial position.
We welcome people at different stages of building their lives, careers and wealth. No member should feel pressured to live beyond their means or pretend to possess a lifestyle they are still working to achieve.
We encourage ambition, but ambition must never become contempt for the present.
What someone possesses today may once have been only a hope—and may still be the dream of someone else. A qualification, a home, employment, financial stability or even a driving licence can represent a meaningful victory.
We honour those victories.
There is no shame in showing the beginning while building towards the destination. The truth of where a person started does not diminish the final story.
It is what gives the victory its weight.

What We Ultimately Believe
Levidier exists because we believe people can become more than their circumstances predicted.
We believe in growth without pretending the past never happened.
We believe in compassion without abandoning accountability.
We believe in inclusion without surrendering standards.
We believe in faith without imposing religion.
We believe in ambition without demanding pretence.
We believe in preserving our history without claiming ownership over everyone who once appeared within it.
Above all, we believe that a person should be judged not only by where they began, but by what they have learned, what they now practise and what they are sincerely striving to become.
We are not perfect.
We are building. We are learning. We are rising.
That is the purpose of the Ent.
That is the promise of Levidier.
