The Hands of Ent
Sah’Gem embodies a Levidian conviction: a man’s strength is measured by what he can govern within himself, what others can entrust to him, and what he helps bring into being.
Known as the Men of Resolve, Sah’Gem represents the passage from potential into responsibility. Resolve is the commitment to confront one’s limitations, accept the consequences of one’s choices and follow through on the work of change. Within Levidier, that commitment becomes visible in how a man lives, serves and responds when something important rests in his hands.

Hardship may expose what needs to change; self-mastery requires the discipline to carry that change into ordinary life. Keeping a promise. Receiving correction. Exercising restraint when anger would be easier. Completing the work after enthusiasm has passed. These are the foundations upon which Sah’Gem stands.
As the Hands of Ent, Sah’Gem carries purpose into practice. Its men are entrusted to support leadership, protect the community’s foundations and turn shared intentions into work that others can depend upon. Proximity to authority carries a greater obligation to exercise sound judgement, remain accountable and honour the trust placed in them.

Loyalty, Trust, Victory defines that obligation. Loyalty requires commitment and the courage to speak honestly. Trust is earned through consistent conduct. Victory means overcoming what weakens the self while advancing what strengthens the whole.

Sah’Gem gives brotherhood a practical meaning: men who challenge one another to grow, share the weight of responsibility and uphold their commitments when doing so becomes difficult. Resolve also means recognising when help is needed, accepting a brother’s support and returning that care when the burden becomes his.

Its strength lies in what can be relied upon—within each man, between brothers, and throughout the community they serve.

All Sah’Gem come from Cru’ix—but not all Cru’ix are meant to ascend.
Sah’Gem is an elevation reserved for those whose loyalty, discretion, competence, and judgement have been tested beyond comfort. Membership is deliberately limited. Scarcity is not accidental—it is protective.
They are entrusted with access, insight, and authority approaching that of a Prime, acting when leadership must be extended, reinforced, or represented.
The Nature of Sah’Gem
Where Cru’ix are the sword, Sah’Gem are the blade’s edge.
They do not seek visibility.
They do not seek praise.
They operate where consequence is real and failure is unacceptable.

Membership & Limits
Sah’Gem numbers are intentionally small—often one or two, never exceeding five. This preserves trust, cohesion, and effectiveness.
Elevation is by recognition, not ambition.

Mission
The badge of “endurance” talks of one’s capacity to deal with pain without letting it obliterate who you are physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, practically, metaphorically. It means how effective you are at never letting the world and the circumstances around you permanently remove or dull your shine. Ones ability to still see things worth fighting for, protecting, defending, striving for even in a world and a life where sometimes it feels like wants to convince you that all things are dark and hopeless. It’s the simple laughs, the fight for and fight with my brothers, the “things aren’t so bad or deep” the hope of reality discovered in a dream. This part of the Sah’Gem talks about the internal and integral hope and strife for a better world and that deep desire to be the change you want to see it in so you may fulfil your one human responsibility of trying to leave something in an equal or better way than you found it.

The final badge is the badge of “insight” Who are you, who do you want to be, what are your core values, why, where are you?, where are you going, where do you want to be, why?, how do you get there. Fulcrum, levers, perceptions, codes of life, laws of the universe, acceptance, fear mastery, truth and lies and more all of which one must know to be Sah’Gem.
