I wasn't defined by where I started—I was shaped by what I chose to become.

From a childhood rooted in faith, family and resilience to becoming a leader, counsellor and strategist, every season has strengthened my purpose. Through setbacks, sacrifice and growth, I've learned that leadership is not about recognition, but about serving others and building lasting impact.

Today, I continue to help shape people, systems and communities—turning vision into reality while remaining grounded in grace, excellence and purpose. Every chapter has prepared me for the next, and the journey is still unfolding.

Raised in a loving Caribbean family where resilience, compassion and faith became the foundation of my life.

2009

Personal struggles became the catalyst for growth, healing and discovering my calling.

Meeting the Ent transformed opportunity into mission and revealed a greater purpose.
