Vae’Ron Vol’Taris is a Founding Member and one of the two Primes of Levidier. As Primeh et Impereh, he serves as the Society’s principal strategist and constitutional leader, guiding its long-term vision, governance and development. Entrusted with Grade 0 standing, Apex Echelon Prime recognition and Prime Clearance, he represents the highest level of trust, responsibility and stewardship within Levidier. His leadership extends across the Ent Empire, where he continues to build organisations, develop leaders and shape opportunities that strengthen both the Society and the communities it serves.

I’ve never been someone who feels the need to have a large circle around me. I’m fortunate to know many people and to have formed many friendships over the years, but when it comes to those I truly consider close, I value depth far more than numbers.
For me, one or two genuine friendships built on absolute trust, loyalty and mutual support are worth more than a multitude of surface-level connections. The friendships I invest most deeply in are the kind where, if life fell apart tomorrow and you had nowhere to go, you would know without question that there was a place for you in my home — and I would hope to have built the kind of relationship where the same would be true in return. That, to me, is friendship: not simply enjoying each other when life is good, but knowing who will still be standing beside you when it isn’t.
At the same time, loyalty does not mean blind agreement.
I have a strong belief in fairness and in trying to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong, even when doing so is uncomfortable. That has occasionally cost me relationships. I won’t automatically support something simply because the person doing it is my friend.
I once lost a friendship after making it clear that I wasn’t comfortable being around them while they were cheating on their partner. This was despite the fact that I wasn’t particularly fond of the person they were with. For me, that didn’t change the principle involved. Friendship may earn my loyalty, but it doesn’t require me to abandon my conscience.
None of that is to suggest that I consider myself morally perfect. Far from it. I’ve made mistakes, exercised poor judgement and done things differently from how I would choose to do them today.
I’m no saint. I’m simply trying to live by a principle that has become increasingly important to me:
When I learn better, I should try to do better.
And I hope the people closest to me will hold me to that same standard.

Know when not to move. — Restraint can be as strategic as action. 13. Principles matter most when they cost you. — Conviction without sacrifice is easy. 14. Learn. Adapt. Advance. — Never allow yesterday’s knowledge to limit tomorrow’s decisions. 15. Be wise enough to know you are not too wise. — The wiser you become, the more aware you become of how much you do not know. 16. Leave things stronger than you found them. — People, places, organisations, and yourself.
